This is an exceptional condition EK2 spange in it’s original paper packet, unworn strip of ribbon, and the spange wrapped in tissue paper.  It is an un-marked example but I believe it to be manufactured by.J.E. Hammer & Söhne of Geringswalde

It is constructed out of a die struck nickel-silver base that has been silver washed – and it totally mint condition with frosting on the highlights that is stunning – All 4 prongs on the rear are present and have never been touched – This award is in exceptional condition, and a true “time warp” item
