SS lapel stickpin - Zivilabzeichen

This is not a membership badge but a small version made from the SS runes insert for the dagger. When it was made, I have no idea, but it is not fake, so if you need an insert for your dagger, and you don't believe what it is, its's cheap

Features the silver-coloured double Sig runes on a black enamel circular field with a metal outer border. Connected to a long, twisted or textured metal stickpin stem used to secure it to a lapel These pins were used during to allow SS members to identify affiliation while wearing civilian attire. Unmarked example and only 10mm in diameter
