Early Brass Pole top or HJ manufactured patriotic piece

This is a good display mobile swastika in Brass. Measuring about 4-5 inches in height, when I go it, it was mounted on an ols piece of wood, with a wood screw securing it to the base. I put the marble base on, and it can be shipped without the base, and it does have a metric thread
I've had something like this before, and I had documented evidence that they existed.
I have 2 theories :
1: That it is an early pole finale or:
2; At the Hitler youth schools young boys honed their skills by making these swastikas to be sold to patriots in certain oulets to raise funds for WHW and similar. This I find more credible as I've seen and had photographic evidence of them being made.
