A very desirable and rare buckle. Due to it being named both to the individual and unit. The buckle is in a good condition, not mint, but nicely worn. The tab is dated 1938 and it’s marked on the inside of the buckle F.K.O. for 'Friedrich Keller' from Oberstein. I haven’t done “any research” on the Flak unit, or the individual,
