This is a very nice early Signals Luftwaffe Visor cap. A good "saddle form" shape - standard issued cap with good strong colour and the preferred green underside on the peak. The lining is complete and sized at 55. Although the Celluloid diamond is missing it displays a faint makers mark and a date of 1939. The sweatband is the early leather type, and shows one repair which I believe is period. There are a few repairs to the cap top. again I believe period, (see photos) This is priced to sell. A good all round cap that has been worn and loved
