This is a small paper sticker showing the emblem and it is still on backing papertogether with small lapel pin badge (numbered on the back) of the Patriotic People's Movement (IKL), a Finnish nationalist and anti-communist political party that was active from 1932 to 1944. The IKL was the successor to the banned Lapua Movement. The members wore black shirts with blue ties. However the Russians made sure it was banned in 1944 – This is an extremely rare badge and I cannot find one anywhere for sale!
