Interesting Army Buckle complete with Belt

This is a great example of an Army buckle which is tabbed, and a really soft/pliable leather belt.
The buckle is the Dark green colour that exhibits wear on the high points.
It has a leather tab stitched to the buckle and there is a maker stamped but it is unreadable as it is heavily worn. It is also Regimentally marked and the only readable clear bit is the “117” The belt looks like it has a few period repairs and is soft and very supple – The only way leather gets like this is when it has been treated many times over a long period, the belt is approximately 90cms.
