This is a wonderful single strap for the Großdeutschland Division with the rank of Feldwebel. Constructed of black upper and underside wool edged in panzer pink rayon waffenfarbe. Nice NCO silver tress to the edging, and a single rank pip, And a super rare early GD metal cypher. One prong appears to be missing, but it has been sewn (as so often the case) to the strap to secure it. The slip on part of the tab is in green Army wool. There are many GD shoulder boards in singles and pairs out there – but rarely does one come across a black faced one for the panzer wrapper
