High quality Luftwaffe visor cap with golden brown wool waffenfarbe piping. The 2^nd pattern eagle remains tight to the cap, as does the cockade and wreath. The cap has a patent leather chinstrap with 2 adjustment buckles and is attached to the cap with 2 sheet-metal buttons. The visor underside is the desirable green colour. The cap’s liner is in very clean condition, with a celluloid diamond in the centre. This is sewn to an ersatz leather sweatband.
