This is the early javelin head or spear point style pole top.  It has the correct RZM 60 stamp on the end – the only known manufacturer- The finial may have been in a fire at some point.

This is very unusual item as it is only 25cm top to toe. I have seen one’s double this size, but never a “small one” This leads me to believe that it could be an early Hitler Youth one. Where the SS ones were nickel silver, the SA or HJ ones were “Brass coloured” (not brass). This pole top has the remnants of the brass covering   These are impossible to find in any condition, and at a bargain price
