The silk lining and celluloid diamond are in very good condition, and the highly desirable maker is clearly stamped “Original Schellenberg Stirndruckfrei D.R.G.M. Sonderklasse” meaning the brand is a registered design of the German Reich. Size 58 approx. Some colour fade on the cockade, fortunately the eagle prongs remain intact.
