Nice example of an Iron cross 1st class in its box. The flocking is in very clean condition with a colour change outline present in the insert. The cross retains 100% black paint coverage, with the silver-washed frame remaining in unpolished condition. The rear of the cross is marked L/11 for Deumer, Ludensheid with a functional pin, hinge and catch.
