Red Cross cloth sleeve patch with designation of the district of Bremervorde (equidistant from Hamburg and Bremen). There are a few minor nips out of the edges, but all stitching is present, as are the 3 poppers to the rear.

The January 1938 uniform regulations instituted these sleeve patches, worn on the upper right sleeve of greatcoats and tunics of paid DRK personnel.
