Otto Placzek, die-struck construction in zinc and tombac.  The obverse of the decoration has a burnished silver finish with nice patina.  The reverse has “dish-back” surface known as variation 4, with the makers mark “Fec. Otto Placzek Berlin Ausf. Schwerin Berlin” with a tapered vertical pin and soldered barrel hinge and hook,
