This is a sad little grouping for a nurse in the DRK that was sadly killed in Feb 1945. There is a good postcard sized photo of her – a small death card with a small photo attached to the front, A DRK armband –  A small instruction booklet (rare) and a “Helfrin” badge – whilst I cannot prove that it has been together all of it’s life – I bought it straight from the family a number of years ago
