Very colourful and rarely encountered this is an early shooting citation for  Mathias Ammerseder In 1937,

A rough translation reads:

Rifleman Mathias Ammerseder from the 4th QIMG Romp. In the year 1937, acquired the Othuhen badge, which was issued in the 11th Ochieflilalle for Garabiner, as a credit for the Sunday newspapers in shooting, for which Diele’s award certificate was issued to him. Landshut September 20th 1937

The citation measures approximately 16 ½   long x 12“ wide, it has some light staining and is mounted on heavy (ish) card so cannot be posted rolled. A highly unusual citation
