This Panzer Assault Badge is in great condition – and although at 1st glance it looks to be a silver award – it is in fact a Bronze award , and a nice wartime Steinhauer & Lück, Lüdenscheid

Bronze PAB’s are more collectable than their Silver counterparts. And this is a good original affordable example

The bronze grade was introduced to award armoured reconnaissance, motorcycle riflemen, and panzer-grenadier units. 

The requirements for both versions were the same, the soldier must have participated in three combat assaults on three separate days to be eligible.
