I suppose I use the term a lot – but this is really a superb combat helmet. A small size ET62 – size 55 liner – and it really does look good. May have had the rivets in/out?  A small scratch across the decal, but still bright and vibrant. All of the paint rivets tight, liner dated 1940 (I had a look) It would finish off nicely with a period chinstrap. A super combat lid which would be complemented by the addition of a period chinstrap
