Rayon construction bright-green-coloured cuff-title showing the text: ‘L.S. Warndienst’, and was for staff-members of the  RLB ‘Reichsluftschutz-Bund’ in an issued- worn condition.

These armbands were used by the various staff-members of the German air-raid-warden service and signified: ‘Warndienst’ – guard-duty. The armband is executed in typical ‘BeVo’-woven like machine-stitching  I believe this is uniform removed as it is shorter than a full length one It is an attractive and desirable piece of Luftschutz regalia
