This is a very hard to find variant of the KM belt buckle .
Gilt washed, die stamped steel construction with the overall condition of the buckle fantastic. It shows little signs of wear. Marked on the back ‘CTD1943′ manufactured by ‘Christian Theodor Dicke’ of ‘Lüdenscheid’ and dated 1943 about 85% of the original gilt wash remains. The belt is 110cms in length and nicely maker marked AND there is a lovely KM stamp on the inside of the belt. The belt is marker marked and dated 1942. I would say this set has been together for a very long time. These steel buckles are exceptionally difficult to get in this format. If you are a serious collector of buckles, then you will know how difficult and expensive these buckles are!
