This is a fantastic opportunity to own a true Kreigsmarine M35 SD Combat helmet. This is not a toned Heer, as so many are – this is a correct gold coloured decal. It’s a re-issue M35, and the decal is 75% complete, just a bit out of the centre BUT the price is reflected. If the decal was complete – you’d be paying double – and I have seen much worse for sale at a much higher price. AND half of what you see are “toned Army”

The helmet is complete with a nicely worn “Named”  Liner, drawstring and chinstrap. The strap is devoid of any markings.

The skirt is stamped SE64 for Sächsische Emailler – und Stanzewerke, Lauter – A known prolific maker of KM decaled helmets and it has a lot number of 22000 – look it up!

The combat re-issue paint is very good – with a few light marks on it –The pins are rock solid tight, and I cannot move the liner band away gently enough to check the date of the zinc re-enforced liner. Some paint has come off the rivets, but they are firmly in place –
