This is a full set of 16 mathematical, drawing and  Chart instruments by the maker of “Starck” Some of the pieces are marked with the company’s logo, all encased in a hard case, and blue velvet lined. The outside is marked with the Eagle over “M” and Nav. A simply amazing set of precision instruments that would not be out of place today and something I have not seen before
