This is a blank, hard to find document which is an official invitation directly from Der Führer.

This would be used for inviting some favoured, or diplomatically important persons to a luncheon with the German leader personally.

It has the national NS eagle at its top – Then translated from German : – “The leader and Chancellor of the German Reich invites Herrn (Mr.) ______ on (date and time) to a luncheon with him (acceptance, and a suggestion that dress attire or uniform should be worn) Then the place W8, Wilhelmstrasse 77. Answer to the Adjutant, telephone A2 Flora 6841.” This measures 7 x 4 1/2 inches.
