RLB Reichsluftschutzbund Armband 2nd pattern, worn by enlisted personnel of the  Reichsluftschutzbund -Air Raid Precaution Organisation –  which was responsible to protect and educate citizens.  The Armband is BeVo woven and depicts a black swastika within a white starburst on blue cotton.  The reverse of the RLB armband has the mark “ERHA Wuppertal”, The armband has no stains or damage, an original textbook example is in good condition.
