It’s very rare in today’s market to come across a total “timewarp” rig.  This was purchased directly from the family of the deceased vet that brought it back after the war. The buckle retains a large amount of the original factory light green paint, and has a leather tab. The tab is dated 1941 but it is virtually impossible to de-cipher the maker. The belt is full length and un damaged, and it has been with the buckle all of its life, you can see this is the case when you examine it. Never before in a collection – items like this rarely appear on the market
