This is an unmarked steel Assmann produced buckle. A worn example, it retains a good amount of paint to the surface, and is not a mint one, but a combat used buckle.

I recently purchased approximately 45 buckles, so you can expect to see more in the near future. All of the buckles I have listed, and will list in the future are guaranteed to be original items from the period
