Not to be confused with the blue Oberbann colours. This summer cap is piped in light blue for Flieger- The flying arm of the Hitler Youth – these young boys who had ambitions to fly would start by making models and eventually join the luftwaffe .  The cap is made from the cotton summer material, it is quite a large size (approx 58cm) and has a very nice RZM tag on the inside of the sweat band.   The HJ diamond to the front is undamaged and is the prong rather than the pin type.
