This would be described as “salty” by some. I would say. Used, but not abused.  Rare and highly sought after………Fantastic  personal shaped cap .  

The yellow piping, indicates personnel of Oberbann 2. The piping  has a few missing sections with additional nips here and there. The M-29 type eagle is nickel silver and in great condition, as is the enameled HJ diamond. The chinstrap is brown leather with minor wear. It is held in place by a pair of brown finished buttons. The interior has brown cloth lining the sides, with orange/brown oil cloth at the top. This is a pre RZM cap, so no tag is evident. The sweatband is orange/brown oil cloth, having  wear and discoloration. The top shows some staining and a slight nip. Please see the photos, as I have tried to show it’s best, and worst sides. After all I would hate for someone to say that I’m hiding something
