I certainly have never seen an Army dagger by this maker, and Johnson, lists this one as extremely rare
PAUL SEILHEIMER, SOLINGEN with stylized P and S in circle etched TM. Correct Seilheimer style hilt fittings Orange solid celluloid grip shows almost no surface wear. Plated blade grades EX+ showing very minor runner marks with NO spotting and is complete with leather buffer pad. Dent-free, silver-plated scabbard shows dark age patina to the pebbled panels, oak leaf suspension bands and is complete with two retaining screws. The hangers on this rare dagger, are equally as good looking, having the very early type fitted, complete with a period knot with a small amount of fraying.
This one has everything a serious collector would want to see………………………….A superb dagger by a rare maker
